Its hybrid concept with an integrated steel skeleton, innovative sprocket design, and strategic reinforcement for heavy-duty applications make Prolink S19 the most robust belt on the market. Steel pins and a unique opposed eyelet configuration make the belt even more stable. With superior tensile strength and consistent, steady tracking – even on long conveyors.
The steel skeleton adapts in four increments to match diverse loads – from peak performance to cost-effective variants. Strategic reinforcements for heavy-duty applications and customizable components, including sprockets and wheel stoppers, ensure a perfect fit on any conveyor.
Its low weight cuts energy consumption and the total cost of ownership. High-tensile materials, minimal belt elongation, and service-friendly components enable quick adjustments and minimize downtime. A convenient top-access design ensures rapid maintenance and part replacement.
Thanks to long service lives, less material consumption, and energy-efficient performance, Prolink S19 helps achieve your sustainability targets.
Forbo Siegling combines supply chain resilience and competitive terms with the engineering expertise procurement teams and OEMs demand.
Ready for a solution that starts where others stop?
Let’s analyze your application together to achieve maximum load capacity, reliable uptime, and accelerate production workflow.
The belt uses steel elements, known as reinforcement links, in the density required for the specific application. In addition, special protective inserts reduce wear under localized loads. This minimizes unplanned downtime and ensures consistently high production reliability.
The Prolink S19 combines maximum load capacity with exceptional flexibility. Thanks to integrated steel elements and innovative design features, the belt offers the highest tensile strength in its class. The multi-stage steel skeleton and the targeted use of reinforcement elements allow for precise adaptation to different applications. This consistently delivers the optimal combination of performance and efficiency while minimizing resource consumption.
The steel skeleton can be adjusted in four stages and thus precisely configured for different load requirements. Additionally, protective inserts can be flexibly positioned as reinforcement elements. Components such as idlers or stoppers can also be used variably, allowing the belt to be optimally adapted to individual production processes.
Thanks to its robust construction and specifically adjustable tensile strength, the belt is optimally designed for heavy loads. The seamless arrangement of the sprockets without gaps ensures maximum support when vehicle tires roll over them. This allows even heavy BEVs to be transported safely and reliably.
The Prolink S19 is characterized by particularly high stiffness. This is achieved through steel coupling rods and a unique module design. The optimized tooth geometry also ensures smooth and quiet operation.
We recommend UHMW-PE as the preferred material for sliding plates due to its excellent properties. However, different requirements may apply depending on the specific application. In such cases, our experts will be happy to assist you with personalized advice to find the optimal material solution for your needs.

For long conveyor runs, we recommend the use of brake drives to ensure smooth and even belt operation. The minimum run length at which a brake drive is advisable depends on the specific design of the conveyor belt as well as the loads to be transported. We would be happy to advise you on this.

The minimum belt width is 305 mm (12 in). For narrower versions, the design of the steel sidewalls requires customization. Our experts will be happy to advise you on this and work with you to develop a tailor-made solution for your application.

Highly conductive modules reliably prevent electrostatic charges on employees and conveyed goods. We configure the belts individually with the appropriate number of HC modules. Optionally, the belts are also available in flame-retardant PA material.
The belt reduces costs through its long service life, low maintenance requirements, and energy-efficient design. The adjustable steel frame ensures an optimal balance between weight and performance. Fewer downtimes and easy repairs further contribute to a sustainable reduction in total cost of ownership.
Prolink S19 is designed for a long service life, thereby reducing waste. The optimized use of steel and plastic reduces weight and thus energy consumption, making a positive contribution to CO₂ reduction in production.
