Tough processes call for a belt designed for both high loads and flawless product conveying. Featuring a small 12.7-mm pitch, Prolink S14 marries high tensile strength with a robust design. For reliable processes involving medium-weight products in the food and non-food sectors.
“Prolink S14 is designed for challenging, straight applications. Its small pitch enables tight transfer gaps. At the same time, the durable build guarantees long-lasting performance and high tensile strength. The belt tracks smoothly over fixed returns of 19 mm in diameter, combining precision conveying with outstanding load capacity.”

With a 12.7-mm pitch, Prolink S14 helps handle tight transfers between each step in the process. It’s designed to run smoothly over fixed returns of 19 mm in diameter. It ensures total product control at every stage – even in the tightest transfer spaces.
A robust module design guarantees long-lasting performance and high tensile strength. Solid, enclosed belt edges protect sensitive peripheral areas from damage. As a result, you can count on Prolink S14 to handle processes where everyday reliability is a must.
Surfaces with closed or open areas, Friction Tops, or integrated rollers: Prolink S14 allows customization of the conveyor to suit the task concerned. Versions with open areas of 25% boost airflow and drainage. Friction pads increase adhesion. Pin-retained rollers reduce back pressure or help separate products.
Heavy-duty conveying. Uncompromising process control.
Seeking a heavy-duty modular belt with tight transfer gaps and versatile configuration options? Our Prolink experts can suggest the perfect one for your application.
Forbo Siegling combines supply chain resilience and competitive terms with the engineering expertise procurement teams and OEMs demand.

With a pitch of 12.7 mm, series 14 is customized for conveying medium-weight food and non-food products. The small pitch ensures a tight transfer gap, while the hard-wearing design means a long service life and exceptional tensile strength.
The PRR (pin-retained rollers) type is tailored to accumulation applications with low back pressure or product separation. The friction coefficient between the belt and product in accumulation processes is just µSt = 0.04, translating to back pressure of around 4% of the weight of the products conveyed.
Series 14 is designed to run smoothly over fixed returns of 19 mm in diameter. Closed, solid edges also prevent damage to the belt edge, which makes the belt exceptionally durable and robust 24/7.

The S14-0 FLT/NCL PMC is a flight with a non-adhesive surface that improves release properties of wet and sticky products and has a smooth surface for dry products. The profile comes in 25-mm and 76-mm heights, and in a standard or optional version depending on the material, and is 152 mm wide.
Yes, the belt is NSF compliant, and meets the requirements of the FDA 21 CFR regulation, the EU directives (EU) 10/2011 and (EC) 1935/2004 and the Japanese MHLW 370 regulation. NSF certification applies to production in the Forbo Huntersville (US), Malacky (Slovakia) and Tlalnepantla (Mexico) plants.
The unique release system with a headless, single-piece hinge pin makes opening and closing the belt during maintenance much easier. As a result, the belt is simple to fit and maintain if required.
There are four types, depending on the application: S14-0 FLT with a closed, smooth surface for standard usage, S14-25 FLT with an open area of 25% for excellent airflow and drainage, S14-25 CUT with a curved surface, and S14-25 FRT1 with a Friction Top for applications requiring gentle adhesion.
The hinge pins are single pieces up to a belt width of 4000 mm. Therefore, series 14 excels in very wide conveyors without compromising stability or tensile strength.
Standard materials include PE, POM, and PP, with PA also optionally available for higher tensile strength requirements. These options mean the belt can adapt to the demands of diverse temperatures and applications, ranging from -70°C to +120°C, depending on the material chosen.
