One of Flexitechs' industrial customers required a robust conveyor solution to safely transport washing trolleys through different process zones.

A precisely engineered Siegling Prolink Series 7 (S7) design from Forbo provided the ideal foundation for this demanding application.

The Reliable Choice for Demanding Transport

The Prolink Series 7 is part of Forbo’s modular plastic belt family and is designed for heavy-duty conveying tasks.

For this project, the S7 belt was customised with integrated wheel stoppers to reliably hold the trolleys in place during movement, ensuring safety and precision.

Flexitechs also frequently uses Siegling Prolink Series 8 and Series 10, as well as Transilon belts, depending on the specific system and load requirements.
