Application

Milltex is always able to manage specific customer requirements in processing different paper specifications: high electrical conductivity, low weight, high conveying speeds. In this case, they have been issued with an order for fitting 14 cross cutters for the Chinese market. The production environment in which they were treated meant that paper was often wet, with high levels of electrical conductivity.

Milltex

Our belting solution

We offered the superior technical characteristics of the NN 4P-HC + grey. Thanks to excellent conductivity, flexibility and resistance to ink markings, as well as superb centering especially when conveyed over long distances, these benefits convinced the customer to use our belt for the large order in China of 14 machines. We found an excellent technical alternative to our competitor’s product.

Result

Milltex installed the NN4P-HC+ belts on all 14 cross cutters. Because of their high conductivity they solved lot of problems caused by electrostatic discharge. They were perfect for this application. Given the minimal time for delivery of the machines, Milltex was able to manage assembly and testing inside of each machine.
