The new E 6/4 U0/V2H black Transilon type was developed for automatic bale-opening systems used in yarn manufacture (in a spinning mill) to cover the suction channel (vacuum). In this application, the belt is fixed to the system at both ends and wound and unwound on one side (take-off unit). The belt is used without a splice because it’s not a traditional conveyor belt application.

Der neue Transilon Typ E 6/4 U0/V2H schwarz wurde für automatische Ballenöffnungssysteme in der Garnherstellung (Spinnerei) entwickelt und wird zur Abdeckung des Saugkanals (Vakuum) eingesetzt. In dieser Anwendung wird das Bandmaterial an beiden Enden an der Anlage fixiert und an einer Seite auf- und abgewickelt. Der Bandtyp wird ohne Verbindung eingesetzt – es handelt sich hierbei nicht um eine klassische Transportband Anwendung.

El nuevo modelo Transilon E 6/4 U0/V2H negro ha sido creado para los sistemas automáticos de apertura de pacas en la fabricación de hilados (en hilanderías) para cubrir el canal de succión (de vacío). En esta aplicación, el material de la banda está fijado al sistema por los dos extremos y se enrolla y desenrolla por un lado (unidad de arrastre). Este tipo de banda se utiliza sin un empalme porque no se trata de una aplicación convencional de banda transportadora.
