FULLSAN NEXT-LEVEL STANDARD

Siegling Fullsan Conveyor Belts

Our Fullsan portfolio includes homogeneous, hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane conveyor belts. They are particularly resistant to oils, fats, moisture, and bacteria, making them optimally suited for all process steps in the processing of unpackaged food. The new Fullsan product line offers belt solutions for frictional power transmission with the Flat series as well as belt solutions for positive power transmission with the Center Drive and Positive Drive series. Numerous possibilities for belt configuration, such as aramid cord reinforced belt versions, different belt surfaces (GL, MT, NP), as well as the fabrication of profiles (sidewalls, longitudinal or transverse profiles) make Fullsan your belt solution. A specially tuned heating press for the joining technique provides hygiene safety even when the belt can only be made endless on site.

Siegling Prolink Plastic Modular Belts

Numerous different module designs, materials, and accessories can be combined with Siegling Prolink. Siegling Prolink modular belts can therefore be perfectly adapted to the respective transport and production task. We are happy to assist you in selecting the right solution for your specific requirements. Siegling Prolink modular belts are also successfully used in the packaging industry.

For the Prolink series 4.1, 6.1, 10, and 13, we offer the innovative ProSnap closure system for toolless opening and closing of the belt for cleaning or
maintenance purposes.
