Adhesive Free Flooring

A high performance floor covering system, Colorex Plus delivers adhesive free tiles for application areas where costly sub floor preparation or downtime is a concern. Specific preparation or sub floor treatment is not needed where the floor is reasonably level. Colorex Plus can be installed without disrupting activities and can be used directly after installation, even by forklift trucks!

Colorex Plus tiles deliver all the benefits one associates with Colorex, plus a unique dovetail system that stays hidden under the surface. Colorex Plus is available in three different formats:

Colorex Plus EC
A heavy-duty adhesive-free floor system, Colorex Plus EC remains permanently conductive via the connection between tiles through the dovetail system, connected to earth with a copper strip. Colorex Plus EC performs regardless of the area’s humidity levels. Compliant to IEC 61340*4-5 with appropriate ESD shoes, it is suitable for renovation of ESD facilities, pharmaceutical laboratories, cleanrooms and production sites. Suitable where damp floors, poor sub floors or downtime are an issue.

Colorex Plus R10
A heavy-duty adhesive-free floor system with textured surface for increased slip resistance (R10). The surface structure improves safety where there is contamination risk to the floor - for example via water or powder spillage. Colorex Plus R10 is suitable for use in production sites where no ESD functionality is required (manufacturing, life sciences).

Colorex Plus Basic
A heavy-duty adhesive-free floor system that provides excellent chemical resistance where conductivity is not required. The flooring can also be repaired in cases of heavy damage. Colorex Plus Basic is suitable for high-traffic use in areas needing intensive daily cleaning – for example stores, shops and warehouses - and where no ESD functionality is required. Suitable where downtime, damp floors or poor sub floors are an issue.
