- Transmitted impact sound travels through the floor to the level below, a common concern in multi-story buildings. Allura Decibel provides 19 dB impact sound reduction, tested according to EN ISO 717-2.

Mass-balance approach
For both the recycled plasticizer and the bio-based PVC, a mass balance approach is used. In our mass-balance manufacturing process, traditional PVC and bio-based PVC enter the same production stream. The more Allura Decibel b+ floors our customers buy, the more recycled and bio-based raw materials we can add, leading to a continuous reduction of fossil resources throughout our supply chain.
