Taking place from 19-21st May 2026 at the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock, Leeds City Centre, UKREiiF is the UK’s leading forum for real estate, investment and infrastructure, bringing together property professionals, investors, developers and senior decision makers from across the UK.
From our stand (D56), we’ll be showcasing our commercial floor coverings suitable for use across a wide range of application areas, including for the build-to-rent and private rental sectors. Allura Decibel All in One Acoustic LVT
Included within our Allura collection of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) is Allura Decibel, a unique acoustic LVT proposition on the market that is ideal for multi-unit dwellings, offering 19 dB impact sound reduction without the need for a separate acoustic underlay.
2026 will see some exciting new updates to the Allura range, including a streamlined design and colour palette for Allura Decibel, and a smaller plank size across the wider Allura range, helping to recreate the iconic herringbone aesthetic.

Climate Postive Flooring Solutions
Marmoleum is our unique, climate positive (carbon negative) linoleum flooring solution, featuring up to 98% natural raw materials and certified as climate positive, without the need for offsetting. Made using natural materials, like linseed oil, pine rosin and limestone, and with an embodied carbon content of -0.668kg/CO2 / m2 eqv., it is one of the most sustainable flooring solutions available.
Available in a wide range of designs for a variety of applications, it is extremely durable, perfect for high traffic spaces and standing up to the daily wear and tear of busy public spaces. Thanks to its Topshield pro top lacquer, it is also easy to clean without affecting the appearance of the floor covering.

Enhanced Sustainability Carpet Tiles
While our standard Tessera carpet tiles already contain a minimum of 60% recycled content, we have taken this further still with the Tessera Evolve+ series. With over 75% recycled content by weight and substantially lower embodied carbon (A1-A3) of less than 2kg CO2 e/m2, all achieved without offsetting and third-party verified through Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
This is ideal for developers looking to prioritise sustainability within their properties, with our carpet tiles offering underfoot comfort, as well as easy cleaning and excellent durability.

Our Coral entrance matting has also had an upgrade, including a recolour of existing designs to better meet modern design trends and a new yarn system that incorporates additional sustainability benefits.
All of this will make the updated Coral collection the perfect high-traffic textile flooring system for building foyers, proven to remove 95% of walked-in dirt and moisture.
