Plastic Prolink series 13 modular belts with ProSnap fasteners
The belts come with an 8 mm (0.31 in) pitch (micro pitch) and were custom developed for knife-edge applications. The special shape of the modules allows returns over rolling or fixed knife edges up to a radius of 3 mm. Our innovative ProSnap (PSP) fastening system enables fast and easy opening and closing of the module chain when belts are taken off the conveyor for cleaning (called COP = cleaning out of place) and maintenance on site.
Prolink series 18 plastic modular belts
Series 18 is our strong modular belt series with an innovative hinge pin system. With a pitch of 25.4 mm (1 in), it stands apart for its low weight. Belts from this series are ideal for straight and curved conveying. They come in incision-resistant polyacetal (POM-CR) and polypropylene (PP) and in blue and white in each case. The belts’ narrow Grid Top pattern allows conveying of small products. With an open area of 44%, series 18 also provides excellent airflow and drainage. The belts are easy to clean and ideal for conveying packaged and unpackaged foodstuffs. There are different variants for diverse applications.
Transilon EL belts
Semi-elastic belts (EL types) are specifically designed for all very short applications in the dough-processing industry. These types are advisable where center distances are short, or conveyors have no control devices or take-up units. The special, single-ply fabric design with elastic warp threads excels in ensuring the belt keeps on track and even compensates for minor conveyor adjustment errors.
