New Address Details Request

To allow us to change your vendor account for your business, please provide the following information on company letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory and dated within the last 6 months. If any of the information is not supplied, there may be a delay in changing your new address on your account..

• Company name and address
• Telephone number
• Full bank details, signed by an authorised signatory stating their position within the company and dated within 6 months
• VAT registration number
• Registered office number
• Registered office address
• Email address for remittance advice

All invoices / statements / reminders should be sent, in PDF format to Kirkcaldy Purchase Ledger at kirkcaldypurchaseledger@forbo.com

We will process your data for the purpose recognisable for you at the time of data transmission to us.
