Idein Arquitetura - recognised for expanding the Hospital Unimed Litoral in Brasil, and known for its neuroscience‑driven design approach - was invited back five years later to take on a highly complex project in Balneário Camboriú (SC). In the wake of the pandemic, increasing bed capacity became essential for healthcare facilities across the country.
To support clear and intuitive wayfinding, each floor was carefully planned to enhance spatial orientation and ensure safe, confident movement for users. Forbo's portfolio of solutions for healthcare played a key role in the project thanks to its versatile range of products, including the Sphera homogeneous vinyl collection. In patient bathrooms, for instance, the extensive colour palette added richness and depth to the overall design.
