Our bio-based Sphera Elite b+

Sphera Elite b+ is made with bio-attributed PVC according to the mass balance principle, where the fossil oil is replaced with recycled bio-circular cooking oil. The molecular structure is identical to fossil oil, which means that the quality is exactly the same.

The low climate footprint is further strengthened by our facility operating on 100% renewable electricity with a zero-waste production process. Any waste generated from the manufacturing process of Sphera is recycled back into our vinyl floor coverings.

Sphera SD | EC is a durable homogeneous vinyl sheet collection, specifically designed to control static discharge and particle emission in sensitive areas in industrial, pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities. Available in SD (Static Dissipative) and EC (Electro-Conductive) formats.

• Low emissions from phthalate free manufacturing means that Sphera SD | EC plays its part in creating a healthy indoor environment.

• Forbo’s specially designed SMART control surface treatment ensures Sphera SD | EC is resistant to scratches or stains, resulting in a durable and hygienic product.

• With its conductive backing, there‘s no need to use conductive adhesive underneath the full sheet, other than to affix the copper strip. This may mean reduced installation costs.
