It’s a new office building that was built near to the port in Tallinn downtown by the developer called Capital Mill. Primus is a client who relocated their whole office there. The architect chose Flotex mainly because of the easy maintenance and since they wanted something very special (carpet pattern wise) and Flotex has that option, they came up with this design and the result is really unique.
