With the new Gymnasium in Bochum, Germany, the architect HASCHER JEHLE Architecture in Berlin planned a school that is not common for school buildings. The 2 buildings are ring-shaped and have a central meeting area. The rectangular class rooms are situated around the central area.
The dark grey Marmoleum Fresco floor covering gives the space a sophisticated, modern look.
