RSA Valdocco Le Corti

"Le Corti" is a care residence providing home care with qualified staff. There are 20 beds divided into six units of twenty each in a building designed to fit into the environmental context with a minimalist architectural language. There are five RSA units and one NAT unit (temporary Alzheimer's unit), plus a gym with physiotherapy, a worship room and a multi-purpose room for meetings, activities and conventions.

The units overlook large internal courtyards covered by large windows, which house the common areas and communication galleries with the rooms.

The architects chose Forbo's Eternal Wood and Concrete because it is a very strong and practical project vinyl floor covering. For the bathrooms, they chose Surestep Laguna.
