The New Teika business quarter comprises of four modern office buildings; Valters, Ausma, Teodors, and Henrihs. Teodors and Henrihs have received the BREEAM certificate. Flotex and Eternal special design materials were used for this project, with both materials featuring the same picture print which continues throughout the
whole office space.
