The Movement Systems division is a global industry leader in supplying high-quality conveyor belts and processing belts as well as plastic modular belts, power transmission belts, and timing and flat belts made of synthetic materials. They are used in a variety of ways in manufacturing and in the retail and service sectors, for example as conveyor and processing belts in the food industry, as treadmills in fitness studios or as flat belts in letter sorting systems.
A product line that is rigorously geared to the requirements of the light materials handling industry and comprises over 110 standard types and several hundred special specifications. Many are the result of joint development activities with users and original equipment manufacturers. The Transilon product portfolio offers a broad range covering the most diverse conveying functions across all industries and can also take care of processing functions, from robust all-rounders right through to high-tech specialists.
Globally active logistics and parcel service companies have relied on Transtex conveyor belts for years and have never been disappointed. They are robust, keep their shape and are highly resistant to wear and tear and breakdowns. They have also stood the test of particularly harsh production environments.
Owing to their construction, conventional conveyor belts are not entirely suitable for some conveyance and processing tasks. As an ideal complement, we continuously expand our offering in the area of plastic modular belts, and these products are used in particular in the food processing industry: in the preparation of fish and meat products, potatoes and vegetables, as well as baked goods of all types, where they satisfy the most stringent regulations in terms of the various sets of food hygiene standards. They are, however, also available in the form of ski belts or as worker belts for the automobile industry.
New product line of homogenous, thermoplastic polyurethane belts designed for use in hygiene-sensitive applications in a wide temperature range from +70°C to -10°C for all process steps. Siegling Fullsan belts are protected all around against the penetration of oils, greases, moisture and bacteria. They are available with different belt surfaces and are very easy to clean. They are ideal for food processing applications such as meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, pasta and dough preparation.
The portfolio of Extremultus power transmission products has been developed in close cooperation with end-users and original equipment manufacturers. This ensures that the diverse product types it comprises are rigorously geared to the requirements of the market in respect of power transmission activities across all sectors and that it offers superior traction drive power transmission performance.
Form-fit belts made from homogenous plastics with different tension members; in particular for demanding applications with accelerating, timing and positioning.
