Novo 30 HAP-HC+ black was developed for use as a cutting belt on vacuum systems. The new NOVO type is produced in a width of 3500 mm and offers the advantage that an extra longitudinal seam is no longer required for most very wide systems.
In addition to the increased production width, Novo 30 HAP-HC+ black offers optimum air permeability, which is very important for fixing the products during the cutting process and reduces the energy consumption of the vacuum pump.

RE 4/2 U0/U0 transparent FDA

RE 4/2 U0/U0 transparent FDA is the first belt for the food industry with a tension member made of 100% recycled PET bottle material and belongs to the group of Transilon ECOFIBER conveyor and processing belts.
The new Transilon type has a polyurethane-impregnated top face and underside and is therefore particularly suitable for use in dough and bakery product transport and in the packaging of unpackaged foodstuffs.

The Transtex type PVK125LN LRxFS-NA black was developed for conveying baggage, boxes, or parcels on inclined conveyor systems with with an incline of up to 20°. It has a soft polyvinyl chloride coating with a longitudinal groove as a surface structure that guarantees perfect grip.
The special underside design ensures that the belt runs quietly over a sliding bed, thus guaranteeing minimal noise pollution from the belt. The new Transtex type is one of the "low noise" belts.

The new Transilon type E 12/3 U0/U15 GSTR green-T FDA is used in particular in the automotive industry as an unloading or inspection belt in vehicle body press lines.
The robust, triple-layer design cuts the risk of destroying the belt if hard or sharp products damage it. The belt surface has a coarse structure that guarantees the smooth removal of greasy/oily steel sheetsfrom the belt. At the same time, the GSTR pattern ensures superb grip of the steel sheets during inclined conveying.

In this application, the belt is fixed to the system at both ends and wound and unwound on one side (take-off unit). The belt is used without a splice because it’s not a traditional conveyor belt application.
