Heavy-duty Drives

Compared with other drive components, Siegling Extremultus power transmission belts stand apart for a much greater degree of efficiency (≥ 98%), very precise synchronicity and simple handling capabilities.

They also excel as regards:

  • consistent speed and long service lives
  • short take-up ranges, little creep
  • good damping capabilities
  • excellent performance up to 1850 kW capacity
  • their ability to easily handle bevel and cone drives in which the belt rotates on its longitudinal axis

Heavy-duty Drives

Siegling Extremultus power transmission belt are available in different designs:

  • the Polyester line with a thermoplastic traction layer with polyester fabric (also truly endless)
  • the Aramide line with a thermoplastic traction layer with blended fabric with a high modulus and aramid warp (also truly endless)
  • the Polyamide line with a traction layer made of highly oriented polyamide sheet

They’re supplied as rolls, prepared for splicing or have already been fabricated.
