This is a Critical Healthcare project involving the expansion and refurbishment of the existing neonatology unit at Clinica Santa Maria. The selection of the Forbo product was highly strategic, driven by the unique needs of this sensitive patient population. Specifically, the contractor and architect chose this acoustic flooring to significantly reduce noise reverberation and maintain a quiet, therapeutic environment suitable for premature infants. Beyond the acoustic benefits, the product was also chosen for its required high hygiene standards and superior resistance to aggressive chemicals
used for frequent cleaning.
