LUXURIOUS LOOK FOR THE KEES KIST AND GEORG KESSLER LOUNGES IN THE AFAS STADIUM
The renovated Kees Kist Lounge and Georg Kessler Lounge in the AFAS Stadium are looking better than ever. Forbo Flooring is proud to have made a significant contribution to this, together with Erkamp Projectservice. A total of approximately 2,000 m² of Allura LVT and 75 m² of Tessera carpettiles has been installed.
The choice of Allura LVT was not a coincidence. The luxurious appearance and the beautiful colour gradient in the strips create a unique, modern floor that perfectly suits the wishes of AZ and its business guests. The lounges offer space for networking, relaxation and an optimal football experience. Whether it is a busy match day or a private gathering, the floor brings unity and atmosphere, regardless of the layout of the spaces.
Tim Erkamp: ‘AZ, Forbo Flooring and Erkamp Projectservice belong together. We have enjoyed working together for many years and are local parties that support each other. It is not without reason that the A in AZ stands for Alkmaar and the Z for Zaandam. Erkamp is based in the Alkmaar region, Forbo in the Zaan region and AZ is of course the club of North Holland. Local cooperation is not only a conscious choice, but also a sustainable one. Less transport, short lines of communication and a strong regional economy make this project extra special. Translating my ideas into the design was a challenge, but the end result is impressive! The quality, wide choice and ease of maintenance and installation of Allura fits in perfectly with this environment and with AZ.’
