Flotex and Marmoleum flooring give Bonaventura College a learning environment with colour and character.

The media library at Bonaventura College in Leiden has been completely renovated. Together with students and teachers, a modern Open Learning Centre (OLC) has been created: an inspiring space where peace, focus and collaboration are central. The floor plays a key role in this – as a connecting and structuring element within the design.

Quality and sustainability were the top priorities when choosing the floor. The Bonaventura already had a clear preference for Marmoleum and Flotex flooring because of previous good experiences and their proven quality in education. A combination of Marmoleum Solid Cocoa and Marmoleum Linear has been chosen, which provides a visual connection and a warm, natural look. Flotex Advance Latitude has been used to create zones that perfectly match the blue and red school colours.

The collaboration with Forbo Flooring has been very positive with a lot of attention being paid to customised solutions. The result is a floor that not only looks beautiful, but also functions optimally for intensive daily use.
