Jörg Riboni appointed as new CFO of Forbo

Eglisau / Zurich, October 11, 2005

As announced on August 23, 2005, Forbo has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Executive Board.

The newly appointed CFO is 47 year old Jörg Riboni who will start with Forbo in the first-half year of 2006. He has an extensive international experience in industry and finance. His latest assignment has been with Swiss based Sarna Kunststoff Holding AG where he has been employed since 1997 as CFO and Deputy CEO.

Jörg Riboni will succeed Gerold A. Zenger who will become the deputy of the CEO and assume responsibility for the business unit Corporate Services as from 1 January 2006.
