Forthcoming change in the Executive Board of the Forbo Group

Dr. Paul J. Haelg, member of the Executive Board of the Forbo Group, has accepted a CEO position in a Swiss industrial corporation. The move will take place by the end of 2004 at the latest.
Dr. Paul J. Haelg joined the Forbo Group in 2001 as Head of the Adhesives Business. Under his leadership and by means of a number of acquisitions, the adhesives business expanded to sales of around CHF 575 million.
Forbo is a global manufacturer of floor coverings, adhesives and conveyor and processing belts. The Group employs over 5.600 people worldwide and has an international network of 32 production companies in 12 countries and 60 marketing organizations in 30 countries.
