Forbo sells Forbo Repoxit AG

In line with its continued focus on the core activities, Forbo sells its subsidiary Forbo Repoxit AG, Winterthur, Switzerland. Forbo has so far held a 100 per cent participation of Repoxit, which has been acquired by the management of the company. The takeover is effective January 1, 2003.
Repoxit specializes in the manufacturing, the selling and the installation of flooring solutions for industrial applications like artificial resins, concrete and magnesite bound floorings. With 68 employees, the company has sales of approximately CHF 16 million. Repoxit covers with its activities the regions of Switzerland and the Southern part of Germany.
Forbo is a global manufacturer of flooring, adhesives as well as conveyor and drive belts. The Group employs some 5700 people worldwide and has an international network of 40 production companies and 80 marketing organizations in 30 countries.
