Change in the Forbo Executive Board Structure

Jan-Erik Sångberg, member of the Executive Board of the Forbo Group and in this function responsible for Corporate Business Development, will after 32 years of service retire from his positions. Along with the CEO and CFO, the Forbo management will now consist of the heads of the three core businesses and accordingly of five members. Sångberg will however continue to support the Group as an independent advisor for mergers & acquisitions, restructuring measures and strategic planning.

Over the last four years, Forbo went through a major transformation process in which Sångberg played an important role. Today, after successful completion of this process, Forbo presents itself as a company focusing on three core businesses: Flooring, Adhesives and Belting.

Forbo is a global manufacturer of flooring products, adhesives as well as conveyor and drive belts. The Group employs some 5700 people worldwide and has an international network of 32 production companies in 12 countries and 80 sales organizations in 30 countries.
