Annual General Meeting of FORBO HOLDING SA

The 71st Annual General Meeting of Forbo Holding SA was held on 27th April, 1999 in Zurich. The proposals of the Board of Directors were agreed to by the Shareholders and the 1998 Annual report and Accounts for the Holding Company as well as the Forbo Group were approved.
On the basis of the Results presented for both the Group and the Holding Company, the meeting agreed to a dividend payment on each registered share of CHF 22.-, an increase of CHF 3.- on the payment in 1998.
Messrs. Dkfm. Mag. Dr. Paul Tanos, Vienna, and Prof. Dr. iur. Rolf Watter, Zurich were newly elected to the Board of Directors which now comprises a total of 8 members.
