Website Specialist

We’re looking for a Website Specialist to join our Global Marketing team!

Are you passionate about websites, digital content and creating great online experiences? Do you enjoy working internationally and coordinating with different markets and stakeholders? Then this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

As Website Specialist at Forbo Flooring Systems, you will play an important role in our global website transformation. You’ll help coordinate the migration of high-quality content from our existing websites to our new global website platform, working closely with the project team and local marketing teams across our markets.

Once the new platform is live, you’ll continue to be an important link between Global Marketing and our local teams, helping them maintain, optimize and localize websites and landing pages.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate website content migration and identify opportunities to improve content and processes
• Coordinate the localization and implementation of Global Marketing content across our markets
• Help local teams keep website content accurate, relevant and up to date
• Optimize website performance, mobile responsiveness and user experience
• Monitor and resolve website issues and support technical maintenance
• Use analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Act as a key point of contact for local marketing teams on websites, content and landing pages

What are we looking for?

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Website/Software Development or a related field, combined with around 5+ years of relevant experience in website management, digital marketing, content coordination or a comparable role.

You’re comfortable working with CMS platforms and website content publishing and have a good understanding of areas such as SEO/GEO, online campaigns, landing pages, content localization and digital content quality. Experience working across multiple countries and stakeholders is an important part of the role.

Just as importantly, you’re proactive, hands-on and service-oriented. You enjoy collaborating across cultures, take ownership of your work and know how to balance working independently with being part of an international team.
