Since 1983 CIPAB specializes in engineering and producing stainless steel production lines including conveyors and washing machines for the food industry. CIPAB is constantly focused on developing innovative solutions to meet customer demands.
Among the solutions developed by CIPAB; the flow regulation spiral tower is one of the most successful, as it continuously regulates the production flow in a restricted area. The belts lift the products up and/or down on a spiral without turning cage.
In order to increase the regulation time capability; the belt needs to be as long as possible. After testing different belt solutions; the S5-45 GRT BT POM-CR belt with bearings on the outside has turned out to be the one offering the maximum capacity. It makes up to 8 tiers spirals without cage.
The different belt patterns also allows them to tune the belt surface to match the application requirements (product, incline angle, temperature, etc.) leading to a wide range of possible applications as well in the food segment and general industry.
