Flotex Vision FR is a high definition, digitally printed, flocked floor covering collection that allows for larger scale designs and vivid lifelike colours. Everything in the collection can be customised.
Forbo’s experienced designers can help at any stage in the design process, depending on what involvement you require. If you are looking for ideas, re-colouration of existing designs in our current collections or help with the development of a totally custom design that will work perfectly with your rail interior design scheme, then talk to us as we can guide you through the whole process.
Forbo also offers a cut to shape and size service, whether it is a complete rail floorcovering carriage layout or the addition of logos and signage, the possibilities are endless. From an initial concept, detailed drawing, or computer file, the design team will prepare a flooring design that is transferred electronically to the cutting machines. These computer-controlled machines represent state-of-the-art cutting technology and produce precision cut items, accurate to a fraction of a millimetre.
Taking Flotex Track FR design as an example, you’ll see that it is made up from 6 different colours. Should you wish to specify a custom colourway then please contact us to establish the number of colours that can be included within your chosen design, and then simply tell us the NCS, RAL or Pantone colours that you would like us to best match to.
Are you looking to create a completely bespoke design? There are 2 options in terms of the development of unique designs:
1. The design already exists and is provided by the customer. The customer MUST provide written confirmation stating that the design belongs to them and that Forbo Flooring Systems has the right to replicate onto our substrate. Design files must be provided in .tiff or .ai format with at least 150 dpi and be at real size scale. Colour reference such as NCS, Pantone or Ral as well as physical samples may also be provided and will be best matched.
2. The Forbo design team is given a brief and asked to create the design for the customer. Under no circumstances can we copy an external design. Colour references must be provided as well as any detail or inspiration imagery of what the customer is looking to achieve.
General points
