This museum brings the food industry of the Zaandam area to life. It incorporates a chocolate and biscuit factory dating from the early twentieth century. It was decided to install Marmoleum Cocoa as the floor covering for this part of the museum. Marmoleum Cocoa embraces Forbo's ethos of sustainable design. By adding cocoa husk fibre to the traditional Marmoleum ingredients, Forbo has achieved an innovation in construction and aesthetics. The inclusion of cocoa husks adds a rich granular look that is fresh and modern.
