The Trilogy Office in Limassol is a modern workspace that combines open areas, meeting rooms, and technical rooms. The key challenge for this space was to create flooring solutions that could withstand intensive daily use while maintaining comfort and acoustics. Various types of Forbo floor coverings with clearly defined technical specifications were used for different functional areas of the office.
Allura Flex luxury vinyl tiles, with a thickness of 5mm, wear resistance class 33/42, and high resistance to scratches and and loads from castor chairs, are the ideal solution for high-traffic areas.
Tessera Diffusion carpet tiles, with a wear resistance class of 33, reduce impact noise to ≈25-26dB and improve acoustic comfort in open-space work areas.
In server rooms, a Sphera SD conductive floor covering with a thickness of 2mm, wear resistance class 34/43, and a constant electrical conductivity of ≤10⁶ Ω is used, which meets the requirements for ESD environments and static electricity control.
