Reform Werke is an internationally oriented, innovative family-owned company based in Wels, Upper Austria. For more than 100 years, the company has been developing, manufacturing and distributing special-purpose vehicles and attachments for alpine and municipal applications, and today ranks among the leading manufacturers in its sector.

Over recent years, the infrastructure at the Wels site has been continuously modernized and expanded. A new customer and employee center has already been opened, offering more than 700 m² of exhibition space as well as training and meeting rooms, providing a modern platform for visitors, customers and staff. Another important milestone was the opening of the new technology center in autumn 2024. With an investment of around €9 million, a state-of-the-art building covering 2,000 m² was created, featuring development and laboratory spaces that offer optimal conditions for research, development and product innovation. This center serves as a central hub for technical departments and supports the sustainable advancement of products—particularly in the fields of new drive technologies and energy-efficient solutions.

Flotex Planks were deliberately chosen for the meeting rooms—a flooring solution that perfectly combines comfort, functionality and durability. The textile surface provides a pleasant underfoot feel while remaining highly robust. In addition, it improves room acoustics by reducing impact sound, contributing to a calmer and more comfortable working environment. Flotex Planks are also easy to maintain and resistant to heavy use, making them a sustainable choice for high-traffic areas such as workspaces, meeting rooms and reception areas. Thanks to the wide range of designs and colors, Flotex Planks integrate seamlessly into modern interior concepts, meeting functional requirements while also contributing to the aesthetic quality of contemporary office environments.
