A school library is a key facility that promotes reading as well as enriches the learning environment. At MyeonDong Elementary School, the library has been reborn as a cultural centre in a previously unused annex near the main hall. The new library includes an exhibition hall, a performing arts stage and a playground.
Marmoleum, the environmentally friendly floor made from natural materials, gives the library a new look with various colours and patterns.
