The DUAL architect office is located in a historical building on the bank of river Daugava. The contemporary Mūkusala Business Centre covers six hectares of land on the left bank of the River Daugava, between the Railway Bridge and the Island Bridge. The area is divided from Jelgavas iela and Vienības Gatve by Kīleveins Ditch. Mūkusala Business Centre aims to develop this historic area of Riga while continuing its tradition of innovation and establishing a location for successful companies.
