Alea School sees itself as a modern place of learning, where individual support, collaborative learning, and international perspectives take center stage. With a diverse educational concept, the school creates an environment in which children and young people can discover their strengths and build self-confidence. Open communication, creative methods, and close cooperation with parents and partners are integral to the school’s philosophy.
The Building
The campus on Lindenallee combines contemporary architecture with functional design. Bright, spacious rooms, flexible learning zones, and modern facilities provide students with optimal conditions for learning and working. Special emphasis was placed on sustainability during construction: energy-efficient technology, abundant natural light, and the integration of green spaces create a pleasant, healthy environment. The campus is not only a place of instruction but also a space for encounters, creativity, and community.
Sustainability and Materials
A central element of the interior design is the Marmoleum Concrete flooring by Forbo in the Decibel variant. This flooring not only offers a modern, calm appearance but also stands out with its sound-reducing properties – a key advantage in a vibrant learning environment where focused work is just as important as group activities. In addition, Marmoleum is made from natural and bio-based raw materials and is particularly durable, significantly reducing its ecological footprint. This makes the flooring a perfect fit for the campus’s sustainable overall concept, supporting a healthy and pleasant indoor climate for students and teachers alike.
