Remarks :

Technical information and safety data sheets of other installation materials and parquet must be observed!
Never sand the base coat!
When using fewer types of wood, especially when filling, adhesion problems or discolouration may occur. Therefore, on exotic woods, acacia, ash, smoked oak or old parquet renovation, use Eurocol primers specially approved for this purpose or consult the application technology department.
The room climatic conditions must correspond to the later conditions of use in order to counteract dimensional changes of the parquet. Check the wood moisture!
Particularly with more strongly inflammable top coats, an even, covering primer must be ensured to prevent deposits or stains caused by paint penetration into the wood.

EMICODE, further information at

* The mentioned values have been established in our laboratory and must be considered as guidelines in view of possible variations in climatic circumstances, subfloor compositions and layer thickness.

Spatula approx. 30 ml/m² (per coat)
Roller: approx. 90 ml/m² (per coat).

  • The surfaces to be sealed must be clean and free of residues of oil, wax, silicone and other adhesion-reducing layers.
  • Joints are closed with suitable Eurocol joint sealant.
  • The fine sanding depends on the type of wood. The surface and edge sanding must be levelled with a sanding grid.
  • In case of defects, reservations must be made in writing.

User manual:

Before use, temper the product according to the processing conditions.

  • Shake well before use!
  • Preferably decant the varnish into a sealing bucket and use a scraper grid when applying.
  • The application has to be done with a clean Eurocol Aqua microfibre roller 25 cm. Alternatively, apply 2 even coats using a double-surface trowel. An evenly closed surface must be created in order to avoid differences in colouring caused by the top coat.
  • Smoked oak, steamed beech, merbau, wenge, acacia and other highly absorbent wood species should be rolled twice.
  • During application on the prepared parquet floor, use shoe covers for the shoes to avoid footprints.
  • After complete drying, seal with approved Eurocol water-based varnishes.

During the drying process, ensure even ventilation. Avoid draughts and direct sunlight.

Working conditions:
Required surrounding temperature: min. 18°C.
Material and subfloor temperature: min. 15°C.
Relative humidity: 35 - 75%, recommended <65%.
