The very dense texture, with more than 3 million needle punches per square metre, guarantees a combination of attractive looks and hard-wearing performance for use in highly-frequented areas. With a pile weight of 600 g/m², Markant is a high-quality needlefelt floor covering with a coarse texture. Made of 100% polyamide fibres and with robust, hard-wearing properties, Markant floors are ideal for frequently used places.
Markant is available in 16 commercial uni colours. Markant Graphic City offers 4 graphic options with a timeless box design.

Akzent

Akzent is Forbo’s value-for-money alternative and the only collection in the needlefelt range that is made of a combination of 80% polyamide and 20% polypropylene fibres, which, with a pile weight of 500 g/m², is nevertheless no lightweight when it comes to wear-resistant performance.

Our Showtime Graphic needlefelt range gives a unique signature to leisure venues such as hotels, cinemas and theatres. These exclusive needlefelt floors combine high performance, originality and ease of maintenance. Wear-resistant performance

The high quality of Forbo Flooring needlefelt is based on more than 40 years of experience in the production and supply of this hard-wearing floor covering. Our Needlefelt collection is designed to meet various requirements and is therefore available in different qualities: 750 g/m² fibre weight (Forte sheet), 600 g/m² (Markant) and 500 g/m² (Akzent).
A selection of colours from the Forte collection is also available in modular tile format with a pile weight of 400 g/m².

With Showtime we offer a flexible floor covering concept with uni colours (Colour) and exciting printed designs (Graphic). The Showtime ranges are designed to be combined and offer the possibility of unique floor designs.

High-quality fibres
We use high quality polyamide fibres for our needlefelt carpets. These fibres are designed to provide additional protection against dirt and soiling, saving on cleaning costs and contributing to a sustainable building.

Noise reduction
Noise reduction levels between 20 dB and 22 dB, meaning less ambient noise, ideal for use in places where a quite atmosphere is desired, such as offices.

Castor chair resistance
Needlefelt floor covering is, much more than conventional carpeting, ideal for use in places where castor chairs are used.

Sustainability
Our needlefelt backing is made from 100% recycled polyester. The entire collection contains over 50% recycled content. The high production quality ensures a long lifespan for the floor, which therefore does not need to be replaced regularly.
