The new Siegling Transtex belt with a the hard-wearing, temperature-resistant design performed exceptionally well as an accumulation belt behind the vulcanization section. At this step of the process, the hot, vulcanized tires are fed to the side of the belt via rollers. Thanks to exceptionally low friction Texglide™ top face coating, the tires are positioned in the center of the belt and can therefore be fed properly to the final assembly section. Furthermore, the belt has very good accumulation capabilities, so that multiple uses in general accumulation operations are conceivable.

Der neue Siegling Transtex Bandtyp ist mit seiner robusten und temperaturbeständigen Bandkonstruktion erfolgreich getestet und hervorragend geeignet als Sammelband hinter der Vulkanisierung. Die heißen vulkanisierten Reifen werden in diesem Prozessschritt über Rollen dem Band seitlich zugeführt. Durch die besonders gleitfreudige Texglide™ Tragseitenbeschichtung des Bandes werden die Reifen mittig auf dem Band positioniert und können somit sauber der Endfertigung zugeführt werden. Darüber hinaus weist das Band sehr gute Staueigenschaften auf, so dass vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten im allgemeinen Staubetrieb denkbar sind.

La nueva banda Siegling Transtex, con un diseño resistente a la temperatura, funcionó excepcionalmente bien como banda de acumulación detrás de la sección de vulcanización. En este paso del proceso, los neumáticos calientes y vulcanizados se introducen en el lateral de la banda mediante rodillos. Gracias al revestimiento de la cara superior Texglide™, de fricción excepcionalmente baja, los neumáticos se sitúan en el centro de la cinta y, por tanto, pueden alimentarse adecuadamente a la sección de montaje final. Además, la cinta tiene muy buena capacidad de acumulación, por lo que son concebibles múltiples usos en operaciones generales de acumulación.
