From the new Siegling Fullsan product line for particularly hygiene-sensitive belt applications, we are presenting two products of the Flat series in the aramid cord reinforced version Fullsan Pro (FLT+) (high k1% value with low elongation at fitting enables high loading and guarantees dimensional stability).

The new Siegling Fullsan type FLT+ U30 GL/MT-NA-HACCP blue FDA (item no. 640020), with a matte surface for accumulation purposes or conveying dry and packaged products.

The belt type can repel almost any type of oil, grease or moisture, or contamination by bacteria, and are easy to clean. With frequent cleaning cycles, the belt offers extra value because of the outstanding hydrolysis resistance and correspondingly longer services lives.

Aus der neuen Produktlinie Siegling Fullsan für besonders hygienesensible Band-Anwendungen stellen wir zwei Produkte der Serie Flat in der Aramidkord verstärkten Version Fullsan Pro (FLT+) vor (hoher k1%-Wert bei geringer Auflegedehnung ermöglicht hohe Beladung und garantiert Maßstabilität).

Der neue Siegling Fullsan Typ FLT+ U30 GL/MT-NA-HACCP blau FDA (Art. Nr. 640020), mit einer matten Oberfläche ist optimal für Staubetrieb oder für den Transport von trockenen und verpackten Produkten geeignet.

Der Bandtyp ist nahezu beständig gegen Verschmutzung durch Öl, Fett, Feuchtigkeit und Bakterien und ist sehr leicht zu reinigen. Bei häufigen Reinigungszyklen bieten beide aufgrund der sehr guten Hydrolysebeständigkeit erhöhte Standzeiten.

La nueva Siegling Fullsan tipo FLT+ U30 GL/MT-NA-HACCP azul FDA (nº de artículo 640020), con superficie mate para fines de acumulación o transporte de productos secos y envasados.

El tipo de banda puede repeler casi cualquier tipo de aceite, grasa o humedad, o la contaminación por bacterias, y son fáciles de limpiar. En caso de ciclos de limpieza frecuentes, la banda ofrece un valor añadido gracias a su excelente resistencia a la hidrólisis y a su correspondiente mayor vida útil.
