The E 4/2 U0/U2 QS-HACCP-FF blue FDA urethane belt has a hard top face with a new quartz sand pattern. These characteristics guarantee flawless production processes, particularly in pizza production. Excellent grip ensures the dough-based items retain their shape and at transfer points to the oven dough still releases easily from the belt. Extra oil no longer has to be sprayed on the belt.
Unwanted soiling is also simple to remove. The belt is made of a lint-free fabric and is blue so that it stands out from the products conveyed.
We can also recommend another thicker belt, E 8/2 U0/U5 QS-HACCP FDA in white with higher levels of pull for heavy-duty applications such as slicing and cutting out dough. At a minimum radius of 5 mm, this type can be applied around a rounded a fixed knife edge.
The quartz sand pattern also helps reduce flour dust, making it less harmful to the environment and reducing flour use.
