Garde Hvalsøe A/S Showroom

The Garde Hvalsøe-Dinesen Showroom in Aarhus, Denmark, is located on the coastal road in a Gothic-inspired historic building from the end of the 19th century. Garde Hvalsøe A/S has initiated a collaboration with the floor manufacturer Dinesen to show the market the processing and use of traditional flooring materials in Garde Hvalsøe's hand-crafted joinery kitchens. This resulted in beautiful wooden kitchens applied with Forbo Furniture linoleum surfacing material.

The use of Furniture Linoleum describes Søren Lundh Aagaard like this: "Almost all our accessories that go in height are carried out with Furniture Linoleum. It has an organic structure, a depth and a texture that we do not find in other surfaces. And it also is a durable material. It's a good selling point!"
