Marmoleum Real is our classic blend, consisting of carefully selected color tones that are combined into beautifully graded colors. From warm neutrals and calm greys to exciting brights and trend led shades.

This sustainable marbled flooring can be mixed together or combined with other Marmoleum designs to provide imaginative floor designs.

All Marmoleum Real colors can be manufactured in a 3,5 mm Marmoleum Decibel construction (18 dB sound reduction), subject to a minimum order quantity and lead time. Decibel items marked with "*"are available from stock.

    Application areas
    Because of its special characteristics Marmoleum Marbled flooring is an excellent flooring choice for almost all application areas, like healthcare flooring, school floors, hospitality flooring, retail floors and so on.

    Acoustic & conductive linoleum
    Marmoleum Marbled is offered as conductive flooring (Marmoleum Ohmex) and acoustic flooring ( Marmoleum Decibel, Marmoleum Acoustic), offering 18db and 14dB sound reduction.

    Marmoleum Fire retardant
    For those areas where extended fire retardancy protection is required, Forbo has developed 2.5 mm Marmoleum FR. This new variant has an improved reaction to fire classification: Bfl-s1, G, CS according to EN 13501-1.

    Marmoleum FR is also classified as a D-s2, d0 wallcovering in accordance with EN 15102. Marmoleum FR is available on request and minimum order quantities and lead times apply. Please contact your local sales organization for more information.

    With Marmoleum, you choose a sustainable floor that is climate positive (cradle to gate). From the origins to the final product, without buying carbon credits.

    The construction industry is one of the major contributors of carbon emissions that cause climate change. Therefore, we are looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint to combat global warming. The use of environmentally friendly building materials is becoming increasingly important when designing a new construction project.

    Forbo aims to contribute to solving climate change issues by developing environmentally friendly flooring solutions.
    Our Marmoleum floors are made from 98% natural raw materials such as linseed oil, wood flour, limestone, resin and jute. Marmoleum is unique as it has CO2 uptake in the product itself. The photosynthesis of the biobased materials used in Marmoleum provides CO2 uptake that exceeds the CO2 emissions caused by transportation and production processing. Therefore, Marmoleum is climate positive (or carbon negative) from cradle to gate.
