Remarks :

Technical information and safety data sheets of any laying materials and floor coverings used must be observed!
Allow floorings to air condition in the rooms before laying. The coverings must be relaxed and laid flat.
During the setting phase, the direct influence of heat/solar radiation, dynamic and point loads must be avoided.

High air humidity and little air circulation slow down the drying of the adhesive films!

* The mentioned values have been established in our laboratory and must be considered as guidelines in view of possible variations in climatic circumstances, subfloor compositions and layer thickness.

Consumption:
500 - 600 g/m² per two coats.

Substrate:
  • The substrate must be pressure- and tension-resistant, permanently dry, free of cracks and dust, even and free of layers that reduce adhesion.
  • Adhesion-reducing layers, old material residues must be removed by suitable mechanical measures in accordance with the specifications of DIN 18365.
  • For levelling the substrate use recommended Eurocol levelling compounds/primers.
  • The installation materials to be used must be suitable for the substrate and the intended use.

User manual:
  • Before use, temper the product according to the processing conditions.
  • Stir before use!

  • Cut impact wall covering into strips and stack for approx. 24 hours to equalise the roll tension.
  • Apply the adhesive with Eurocol Microfibre Roller over the entire surface and evenly without adhesive nests on the back of the cut baffle and then on the prepared wall surface.
  • The necessary flash-off time depends on the amount of adhesive (toothed strip), temperature, humidity and the absorbency of the substrate. The adhesive must dry right through to the core.
  • Apply the covering to the upper edge of the wall, align it precisely, press down firmly and then rub down well over the entire surface, especially in the seam area.
  • The reverse side of the baffle wall covering can be coated the day before and can therefore dry through more easily. In this case, the wall must be coated on the day of installation.
  • At door reveals or corners, the back of the baffle wall covering must be cut into accordingly and the resulting rebate must be glued in the same way before or during the surface gluing.
  • Proceed in the same way for resilient or textile floor coverings.

Working conditions:
Required surrounding temperature: min. 18°C.
Material and subfloor temperature: min. 15°C.
Relative humidity: 35 - 75%, recommended <65%.
